Pressure Relief Valves with Type Examination
The new FLUID TEAM direct-piloted pressure relief valves DB12-FT are now available with type examination. Hence those pressure relief valves with a nominal pressure of 350bar can be used in safety-relevant circuits up to a flow of 110 l/min.

| The cavity is in accordance with ISO 7789 and the thread M27x2 is the basis for an ultimately compact manifold design. In-line manifolds are available on request as well. Miscellaneous seal materials and the material selection allow the application of the valve with a huge variety of fluids. |

FLUID TEAM Automationstechnik GmbH exhibited their products at the bauma 2010in a joint fair presence with Weber-Hydraulik Systemtechnik and LOG Hydraulik GmbH.
This year the highlights of the FLUID TEAM display featured our pilot-operated check valves, as well as a variety of compact pressure relief valves with improved characteristics and type certification. Other highlights this year were our well-known inverse operating pressure valves and selected products from our program of special sub plates.
Due to the unique and individual requirements of many of our customers, FLUID TEAM has consistently delivered custom solutions. Now in cooperation with Weber-Hydraulik Systemtechnik we are able to provide end to end solutions for your all your hydraulic circuits.

For the first time FLUID TEAM Automationstechnik GmbH exhibited their products at the AGRITECHNICA 2009 in a joint fair presence with Weber-Hydraulik GmbH and LOG Hydraulik GmbH. The shared booth appeared with a total floor space of more than 60 sqm.
This year the highlights of the FLUID TEAM display featured the new series of pressure transmitters MODS as well as valves with ATEX-certification. Additionally we exhibited our well-known inverse operating pressure valves and selected products of our program of special sub plates.During many past dialogues, WEBER systems and solutions relating to the applications of our customers have been discussed. Successful opening celebration of the new manufacturing facility in the FZO
On 24th of September, after 11 months of construction, we were happy to celebrate the official opening of our new manufacturing facility: the new production hall in the FZO building was put into operation and presented to the public. During a one-hour tour through the company premises, approx. 60 guests could be convinced of the progressive equipment and the expanded possibilities of FLUID TEAM.

Valves with ATEX 95 - certification
The new valve versions in the FLUID TEAM product portfolio with ATEX-95-certification are characterized by the well-known quality and performance of our standard series of valves in combination with an additional certification for use in explosive environment.
The electrical components of the valves are in compliance with the requirements of the EG-directive 94/9/EG and VDE 0580, hence those valves can be used in an environment of type II 2G EEx m II T4, classified according to ATEX 95.

The ATEX-95-certification is marked up in the model code by the appendix „EX“, those valves are equipped with a cable of 15m length, additional electrical connecting boxes can be avoided.
Those valve models are also available with manual override and lockable manual override.

Pressure Transducer MODS
The new FLUID TEAM pressure transducers of series MODS combine precise measurement with excellent operating reliability at competitive cost.
The hermetically welded thin-film measuring cell is applied on a membrane made of stainless steel, thus the MODS can be exposed to all current fluids used in hydraulic systems of today.
The sensor has a high resistance against pressure spikes, mechanical shocks and vibration. Close staggered measuring ranges between 160bar and 600bar allow a high resolution with a concurrent overload factor of minimum 2. The standard housing is fitted with an electrical socket M12x1,5 the hydraulic port can be either G¼“, G½“ or M14x1,5. Customer-specific versions are possible, a dampened version is available on request. The housing and the socket are made of stainless steel to improve the resistance against corrosion and wear.
